  Hi Jithin,

  we have been experiencing a few issues lately. I noticed an appointment book that I had help opening from one of your staff, but it was later closed. When I call to request answers, I am not receiving any information. This has been a recurring issue. Today, I called because Jas's book was closed in Maitland, and they helped me open it again since I didn't have the answer to why it was closed.Thank you Adela However, now GJ’s schedule in Charlestown is open every Friday when I request a special day. Could you please assist with these issues? Thank you.
