If you would like to set up a default chart filter in the patient's chart, perform the steps below.
- Navigate to the System Menu > select User Settings.
- On the General Settings page, click Edit.
- Choose the Default Chart Filter.
- Click Save.
If you do not see a preferred chart filter that you like, you can create your own. To do that, perform the steps below:
- Navigate to the System Menu > Practice Settings > Clinical > Chart Filters.
- Click +Add New Chart Filter.
- Enter the required Details for the filter.
- Click Save.
