This guide explains how to enable the required permissions in Chrome for AEKA to function smoothly after the latest Chrome browser update.
Steps to Enable Permissions
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click the three-dot menu on the top-right.
- Select Settings.
- In the left panel, select Privacy and Security.
- Select Site Settings.
- Click Additional permissions.
- Scroll down and click Apps on device.
- Choose 'Sites can ask to access other apps and services on this device’.
- Click Add next to ‘Allowed to access other apps and services on this device’.
- In the Add a site modal, enter aeka.carestack.au.
- Click Add.
- Refresh the browser.
Note: This is a one-time setup required after the latest Chrome update.
