Let's explore how to capture images in AEKA.
Watch this video for a quick overview.
- Select the AEKA Images tab in the desired patient's clinical chart.
- Click Acquire New Exam.
- This will direct you to the selected patient’s profile in AEKA imaging.
- Click + Acquire Exam on the top right.
- Select the desired layout from the Favorites or All Layouts tab.
- Hover over the desired layout.
- Click Open to begin image acquisition.
To start auto-capture:
- Click Auto Capture on the top right.
- The image acquisition on all slots will start on a sequencing order.
- After each image has been captured, a preview of the captured image will be displayed.
Note: Images are auto-saved instantly as it is captured. A green icon at the top left confirms successful saving. No manual action is needed.
- To stop auto-capture, click Stop Capture.
To capture a single image:
- Hover over to the required slot.
- Click Capture.
If you do not want to capture the image for a specific slot in the selected layout:
- Hover over the intended slot.
- Click Skip.
- To undo, hover over the skipped slot and click Undo Skip.
To recapture an image,
- Hover over the image and click Recapture.
- Select the desired image.
- Click Confirm Selection.
To open the image in the Exam View,
- Double-click on the image.
- Use the Editing tools available on the left panel, as required.
