Accidentally deleted an exam? AEKA makes it easy to recover and manage deleted exams to keep your patient exams organised.
Let's get started!
- Navigate to the desired patient profile.
- Click the Filter button.
- Under Exams, select Deleted.
- Click Apply.

- Select an exam and click Restore to recover it.
- If you want to permanently remove an exam from the system, click Delete.
- To remove the Deleted filter, simply click 'X' next to the Filter button.
- The recovered exam will now be visible on the Exams tab.
By default, deleted exams will be permanently removed from the system after 180 days.
You can also see exactly how many days remain before each exam is removed.
Users with Admin permissions can adjust this duration.
- With the Deleted filter applied, click Edit Duration.
- You will be redirected to the Settings page.
- Go to the 'How long do you want to keep the deleted images?' setting.
- Choose the desired number of months (less than 6) from the dropdown.
