To get started, perform the steps below.
Select the patient using the Global Search Bar.
Hover over Clinical > select Chart.
Click +Note to add Care Notes.
- Enter your Care Notes.
- Click Expand.
- On the expanded view, select Tooth, Area, or a Completed Code as needed on the Link To option.
- Select the Tooth/Area/Completed Code from the drop-down menu.
- Click Finalize.
