With CareStack, users can easily view and manage invoices for all patients in one place.

Let's get started.
To access the All Invoices page:
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Payments under Billing.
- Select the All Invoices tab.
- Invoices of all patients will be displayed by default if no filters have been selected.
Note: You need to enable related permissions at System Menu > Practice Settings > Administration > Profiles > Manage Permissions > Billing > Patient Payments to view and manage invoices.

To narrow down the invoices, select the Invoice Date, Provider, and Location filters as needed.
| Note: Users can only view the allowed location(s) on the Location drop-down menu. |
You can view the Total Unpaid Invoice Amount or the breakdown of the unpaid amounts under each aging buckets.
- To hide invoices without outstanding balances, checkmark the 'Show only outstanding invoices' checkbox.
- To view invoices that comes under a specific aging bucket, checkmark the 'Show Invoices' checkbox beside the intended aging bucket.
To print one or more invoices of a single patient, select the intended invoice(s) and click Print.
| Note: You cannot print invoices for different patients at the same time. |
To view invoice details and make a payment:
- Click on the Invoice ID hyperlink of the intended invoice.
- You can review the invoice details here.
- To make the invoice payment, click Proceed to Payment.
- Clicking Proceed to Payment, will redirect you to the Payments page with the Payment Amount pre-populated with the outstanding invoice balance.
- Choose the method of payment and enter mandatory information.
- Click Add Receipt or Add Receipt & Apply.
