Let's get started!
- Select the Patient using the Global Search bar.
- Hover over Appts (Appointments) > select Appointments.
OR,
- Navigate to the Scheduler.
- Right-click on the intended patient's Appointment slot.
- Click View All Appointments.
The Patient Information is displayed at the top of the page.
The Recalls Pending link displays the total number of pending recall procedures for the patients, including account members, if any.
- The Show current patient’s appointments only checkbox is checked by default, thus displaying only the selected patient's appointments.
- Uncheck it to view all the appointments, including those of family members.
- You can find the count of Appointments under different statuses such as:
- Checked Out
- Scheduled
- Other Statuses
| Tip: Hover over the 'i' icon to view the tooltip description of certain metrics. |
- Other Appointment Types include:
- No Show
- Cancelled by Patient
- Cancelled by Practice
- Rescheduled
Utilise the filters such as Appt. Date (Appointment Date), Patient, Provider, Location, Operatory, Prod.Type (Production Type), Reason, and Status to narrow down the appointments based on your preferences.
