Angular Rotation allows providers to easily adjust image orientation in Aeka, ensuring images are properly aligned for accurate clinical evaluation.
What Problem It Solves
If an extraoral camera image appears tilted due to patient head positioning, you can now adjust it within AEKA to ensure proper visualisation and easier evaluation.
How It Works
- Open a patient exam and select the desired image.
- Click Angular Rotation from the toolbar.
- Review the confirmation message and click Proceed.
Note: This action cannot be undone once applied. - Use the grid overlay to guide alignment.
- Click and drag to rotate the image in small, precise angles.
- Click Done to finalise the rotation.
What’s New
Aeka now integrates with Pearl, giving you instant access to AI findings in just one click.
How it Works
- Capture an X-ray image and Save the Exam.
- Open the image in the Image Viewer.
- Click the Pearl icon on the top right.
- You will be redirected to the Pearl interface, where AI annotations and findings are displayed.
Note: Pearl integration is available only for X-ray images. Intraoral camera images, DSLR images, and other non-X-ray images are not supported.
