Save Filter Criteria for Operational Reports
Perform the steps below.
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Operational Reports.
- Click on '+' icon or click Generate Report on the specific report that you need to generate.
- Select the Filter Criteria that you wish to save.
- Check the Save Filter checkbox.
- Click Generate Report.
- Enter the Filter Name.

- You can Mark filter as favorite, if needed.

- Click Save & Generate Report.
- You have now successfully created a filter, and you can now access the filter anytime directly from the required operational report, by clicking on the Generate Report button.
- You can also download a report directly by clicking on the Download icon.
- Select the download format such as PDF, CSV or EXCEL.
Edit Saved Filter Criteria
On the saved filter, perform the steps below.
- Open the related report on the Operational Reports page.
- Click on the three-dot menu.

- Click Edit.

- Make the required changes that you wish to make.
- Check the Update/Save as New Filter checkbox.
- Click Generate Report.
Delete Saved Filter Criteria
On the saved filter, perform the steps below.
- Open the related report on the Operational Reports page.
- Click the three-dot menu.

- Click Delete.

- Click Delete on the Warning modal.
Share Saved Filter Criteria
On the saved filter, perform the steps below.
- Open the related report on the Operational Reports page.
- Click the three-dot menu.
- Click Share.
On the Share modal:
- Select the desired user profiles to share the filter criteria with.
- The Selected People will be displayed below.
- To remove a selected user profile, click the trash icon.
- You can directly click Share.
OR,
- Click Copy Link to copy the link to save it for future reference.
