Click the + icon on the left or the Generate Report button on the right for the chosen report.

The Prescriptions Report provides a detailed view of all prescriptions prescribed in the system, with filters to analyse activity by user, provider, or drug. The report features a simple, single-view format with three mandatory fields: date range, location, and the columns to display, offering both flexibility and ease of use.

Generation/Download Criteria
- Due to data volume, reports with more than 10 Locations or a date range exceeding 6 Months will not generate on-screen.
- Reports meeting these criteria will be accessible in the Scheduled Downloads section.

- Date: The date the prescription was added.
- User: The user who added the prescription.
- Provider: Provider against which this prescription is tagged.
- Source: Type of prescription
- Patient Name: Name of the patient against whom the prescription is added.
- Patient ID: The system-assigned number used to identify the patient and their records.
- Default Location: The default location is tagged against the patient.
- Title: Title of the prescription added.
- Pharmacy: Pharmacy tagged against this prescription.
- Drug Name: The name of the medication prescribed.
- Dosage Form: The form in which the medication is prescribed.
- Quantity: The total amount of medication prescribed.
- Days: The number of days for which the medication is prescribed.
- Refills: The number of times the prescription can be refilled without requiring a new order from the provider.
- Sig: The provider’s instructions on how the patient should take or use the medication.
- Notes: Any additional notes or comments related to the prescription, added by the provider or staff.
- Start Date: The date on which the patient is expected to begin using the prescribed medication.
- End Date: The date on which the prescribed course of medication is expected to be completed.
To enable permissions for the Prescriptions Report, follow these steps.
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Practice Settings > Administration > Profiles.
- Click Manage Permissions for the intended profile.
- Select Insights.
- Checkmark the Generate Prescriptions Report option under Operational Reports to enable the permission.
- Users can generate this report only if the above permission is enabled.
- Click Save.
