The Treatment Tracker Report shows real-time data. This report is used to track all treatments created against patients who had appointments checked out in the selected date range. This report shows real-time data and is dated by appointment date.

- Navigate to the System Menu > select Operational Reports under Insights.
- Click the + icon on the left or the Generate Report button on the right for the Treatment Tracker report.

The Treatment Tracker report gives you information regarding all the treatments against patients who have had an appointment checked out within the selected date range, allowing you to follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatments and plan the treatment.
Let us explore the filters:

| 1 | Appt. Date (Max 1 Year)* | The report is dated by appointment date. Choose to focus the report on appointments that were scheduled on a day that falls within the selected date range. *By default, Today is selected. |
| 2 | Appt. Location* | Choose to focus the report on appointments against a selected location. * By default, the location will be the user’s default location. |
| 3 | Primary Appt. Provider | Choose to focus the report on appointments scheduled with the selected primary appointment provider(s). |
| 4 | Facility | Choose to focus the report on appointments associated with selected facilities. |
| 5 | Treatment Provider | Choose to focus the report on patients with the selected treatment providers against them. |
| 6 | Code Status | Choose to focus the report on patients with codes in the selected status. You can filter for only accepted codes, or choose to exclude rejected and completed codes. |
| 7 | Scheduled Status | Choose to focus the report on the scheduled status of codes. The 'Scheduled' status will be for codes linked to appointments, and 'Unscheduled' for codes not linked to appointments. |

Once you have selected the desired filters, click on the Generate Report button to generate your on-screen report or the Download Report As button to download your report in your preferred format.
Generation/Download Criteria
- Due to data volume, reports with more than 5 Treatment Locations or a date range exceeding 3 Months will not be generated on-screen.
- Reports meeting these criteria will be accessible in the Scheduled Downloads section.

- Patient Name: The name of the patient.
- Patient ID: The system-assigned number used to identify the patient and their records. On clicking the Patient ID, the user is taken to the patient's Treatment Planner.
- Facility: The facility tagged against the patient.
- Email: The email ID of the patient.
- Mobile Number: The mobile number of the patient.
- Proposed Date: The date on which the code was added to the patient's chart.
- Tx. Location: The short name of the location in which the treatment was scheduled or completed.
- Tx. Provider: The provider against whom the treatment was scheduled or completed.
- Date of Service: The Date of Service of the completed code
- Code: The procedure code that has been completed or proposed.
- Code Description: The description of the procedure code.
- Tooth/Area: The tooth or area associated with the procedure.
- Surface: The specific surface of the tooth involved.
- Code Status: The status of the procedure code.
- Scheduled Status: The scheduled status of the code: 'Scheduled' if linked to an appointment, 'Unscheduled' otherwise or 'All'.
- Appt. Date: The date of the appointment to which the code is linked.
- Est. Fee: The estimated total receivable for the procedure code.
- Last DOS: The date on which the patient completed their last treatment as of the current day.
To enable permissions for the Treatment Tracker Report:
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Practice Settings > Administration > Profiles.
- Click Manage Permissions for the intended profile.
- Select Insights.
- Select Generate Treatment Tracker Report under Operational Reports to enable the permission.
- Click Save.
