To use chart filters, follow these steps:
- Select the patient using the Global Search Bar.
- Click Clinical > select Chart.
- Scroll down to the Treatment History section and click on the Default drop-down icon to select the saved filters.
- If you wish to use a filter different from the saved one, click on the Custom Filter option.
- The Chart Filter modal will appear on your screen.
- Select your chart Filter Criteria.
- Click on the Apply button to make this filter reflect in your Treatment History section.
