Booking a recall as an appointment is a crucial process in maintaining patient care continuity and ensuring that patients return for necessary follow-up visits. To book an appointment from the Recall list, perform the steps below:
- Hover over Lists > select Recalls from the left side panel on the Dashboard.
- On the Recalls modal, locate and click on the intended patient from the Recalls grid.
- Clicking on the patient details from the list will take you to the Scheduler.
- Select an Appointment slot.
- You can browse through the Scheduler to different dates by clicking on the Date Selector on the top.
- Enter the details on the Appointment Slider.
- Click Book Appointment to confirm the appointment.
- You have now successfully booked a recall appointment.
