CareStack provides features to ensure a smooth scheduling experience. Use this guide to make scheduling quick and easy with the Find Slot feature.

Let's get started!
- Select Find Slot on the left-hand side panel of the Dashboard.
- In the appearing modal, you can select 'Custom Filter' or 'Favorite Filter'.
- Using this filter, you can specify the Provider(s), Location(s), Production Type(s), and Duration.
- Enter a Date to begin the search for an available time slot.
- Enter the expected Minimum Appointment Duration for the Appointment.
- Click Search Appointment, after setting your preferences.
- On the right-hand side of the screen, you will be presented with the available time slots and the earliest available date.
- Select from the top right the Days of the Week or Time of Day the patient prefers to be seen.
- Click the View in Scheduler hyperlink on the top right to view and schedule accordingly.
To open the Appointment slider:
- Click on Book Appt (Book Appointment) and fill in the details to set up an Appointment.
