Scorecards in CareStack allows dental practices to track and measure performance indicators for different report focus types over a specific period.

To generate a scorecard, perform the steps below.
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Scorecards under Insights.
- Click the '+' icon on the required scorecard on the left, Or
- Click + Add Scorecard on the required scorecard on the right-hand side.
| Tip: Hover over the 'i' icon to view the description of each Metric. |
- Under General Settings, enter details such as Name, Description, Date Range, and Report Focus.
- Select the desired Metrics.
- In the Selected Metrics section, you can click and drag the metrics to rearrange their order as needed.
- Click Save.
- You will receive a toast notification as shown below.
- Click on the Scorecard type to collapse the accordion.
- The scorecard you created will be displayed in the list.
- Click Generate to run the scorecard to view it.
- You can also click Download to export it to your system.
Note: Hover over the 'i' icon to view information on the scorecard such as the Description and the owner of the scorecard. |
- Once generated, the scorecard will be displayed with the selected metrics.
- Customise the Date Range and Location and run the scorecard as needed.
- Click Generate or Download as required.
Tip: You will be able to view the short name and the long name of the Locations and Providers for easier identification. |
