- Select the patient using the Global Search Bar.
- Hover over Clinical > click Chart.
Add BPE Recording
- Select the BPE tab.
- Click Record New BPE.
- Enter the BPE value, which can be a maximum of 4.
- You can also use Keyboard Shortcuts to indicate certain conditions such as:
- B for BleedingÂ
- F for Furcation
- Double-click on the same keyboard shortcut to remove the condition.
| Tip: You can use X in case there is no Perio Score to capture. |
- You can also select and set reminders by clicking Reminder after.
- The reminder can be set for a maximum of 6 months.
- Add any related Note as needed.
| Note: You can add notes up to 250 characters. |
Click Save.
View BPE
Once you enter the values and conditions, the BPE can be viewed under the BPE Recordings.
- Use the Edit icon to update the BPE recording.
- To remove the BPE, click on the Trash icon.
