The Clock In / Clock Out report is used to track the total number of hours the user clocked in and the payment details based on those hours. This report shows real-time data.

- Navigate to the System Menu > select Operational Reports under Insights.
- Click the + icon on the left or the Generate Report button on the right for the chosen report.

The Clock In / Clock Out report shows the clock-in / clock-out date and time, the total hours the user clocked in, the pay rate per hour for normal hours and for overtime hours, the pay for normal and overtime pay, and gross pay for the user.

| 1 | Date Range* | Clock In / Clock Out report is dated by action date. You can generate your report data based on time clock actions completed within the selected date range. The date range can be selected for a maximum of 6 months. *By default, the date range will be for the current day. |
| 2 | Location* | Select the location(s) to focus the report based on time clock actions for the selected location(s). *By default, the location will be the logged-in user’s default location. |

Once you have selected the desired filters, click on the Generate button to generate your on-screen report or Download Report As button to download your report.
Generation / Download Criteria
- Due to data volume, reports with more than 5 Treatment Locations or a date range exceeding 1 Month will not be generated on-screen.
- Reports meeting these criteria will be accessible in the Scheduled Downloads section.

Now, let's take a look at the results of the Clock In/Clock Out Report.
- Date: The date corresponding to when the user clocked in or out.
- Clock IN: The time of day the user clocked in.
- Clock OUT: The time of day the user clocked out.
- Location: The location where the user clocked in or clocked out.
- Total Hours (In Decimal Format): The calculated number of hours in decimal format, the user was clocked in before clocking out.
- Total Hours(In Time Format): The calculated number of hours, in time format, the user was clocked in before clocking out.
- Normal Pay Rate / Hr: The Normal Pay Rate for this user per hour (as specified in their user setup). On clicking the cell, the user is navigated to this user's setup.
- Normal Pay: The calculated amount of Normal Pay for this time entry (according to the specified Normal Pay Rate and Total Hours clocked-in for this time entry).
- Overtime Pay Rate / Hr: The overtime pay rate for this user per hour (as specified in their User Setup). On clicking the cell, the user is navigated to this user's setup.
- Overtime Pay: The calculated amount of overtime pay for this time entry (according to the specified Overtime Pay Rate and Total Overtime Hours clocked for this time entry).
- Gross Pay: The gross amount of pay calculated for this time entry including Normal Pay and Overtime Pay.
- Notes: Any notes added when the time clock entry was created or edited.
In case users in your practice are unable to use this report, please ensure to enable the relevant permissions.
To enable permissions for the Clock In/Clock Out Report:
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Practice Settings > Administration > Profiles.
- Click Manage Permissions for the intended profile.
- Select Insights.
- Check the Generate Clock In/Clock Out option under Operational Reports to enable the permission.
- Click Save.
