Add a New Treatment Plan Agreement Template
To add a new treatment plan agreement, perform the steps below.
- Navigate to the System Menu > Practice Settings > Clinical > Tx Plan Agreement.
- Click + Add Agreement.
- Enter the Plan Name.
- Select Yes for the Set as Default Template option to set the new treatment plan agreement as the default.
- Enter the Agreement Content for the treatment plan agreement.
- Click Save.
Preview the Treatment Plan Agreement
To preview the treatment plan agreement for a selected treatment plan, perform the steps below.
- Select the required patient using the Global Search Bar.
- Hover over Clinical > Treatment Planner.
- Select the intended Treatment Plan.
- Click Present Plan > select Preview.
- You can view the treatment plan agreement for the selected treatment plan.
Choose Treatment Plan Agreement Template for a Tx Plan
If you want to edit the treatment plan agreement for the selected treatment plan:
- Click Present Plan > select Present with Fee Details.
- The treatment plan will open up in a new tab. Scroll down to see the treatment plan agreement.
- To change the treatment plan agreement template, click on the Template dropdown and select the intended template.
- You can make changes to the Tx Plan Agreement as needed.
Set a Default Treatment Plan Agreement
To set a default Treatment Plan Agreement at the Location level, please follow the steps below.
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Practice Settings > Locations > All Locations.
- Click View next to the corresponding location to view its details.
- Select Print Settings.
- The Print Settings page will open with the Tx Plan tab selected by default.
- Click Edit.
To set the default Treatment Plan Agreement at the Location level:
- Select the Location option for the Default Treatment Plan Agreement.
- Select the Location's Default Treatment Plan Agreement from the dropdown.
- Click Save.
