Follow these simple steps to Install Iris on your desktop.
- On the Dashboard, click on the Office Chat icon or Patient Chat icon in the top right.
From the IRIS modal, click on the Desktop button.
- Click Install on the confirmation modal.
- CareStack Iris will now open on your desktop and the downloaded version will now be visible to you.
- You can see how Iris will be displayed over the taskbar below.
- On opening Iris on your desktop you will receive a Windows notification asking the user if they wish to Pin CareStack Iris onto their taskbar.
- Click on either Yes or No, thanks as needed.
With these steps completed, IRIS is now successfully installed on your desktop. You are now fully equipped to communicate with patients efficiently and effectively.
