Effective use of templates helps practices align messaging with their unique style, while also measuring patient sentiment to improve overall experience. CareStack makes this effortless by letting you create and manage templates within Reputation Management. Let’s explore how you can engage patients more effectively while saving your team valuable time.

To access templates, follow these simple steps:
Navigate to System Menu > select Reputation Management > Templates.
- In the Templates grid, users can create and manage:
- Review Request
- Survey Request, &
- Review Response Templates
Review Request Templates
To send review requests, set up your Text and Email Templates under the Review Request Templates tab.
- Select the Text Template tab to view all existing templates.
- Click + Create Template.
- To find a template: Use the Search bar on the left.
- To create a new template: Enter the Template Name and Content, review the Template Preview on the right, and click Create Template to save.
Use the icons next to the template to:
- Edit (Pencil icon)
- Delete (Trash icon)
On the Email Template tab,
- Use the Search bar to find existing templates.
- Click Upload HTML Template to add an existing HTML Template.
Once you have clicked Upload HTML Template, Drag and drop the HTML template here or click Browse Files to upload from the system.
For a new template, click Create Template.
Enter the Template Name, Email Subject and Content, then click Create Template.
- To Edit: Click the Pencil icon.
- To Duplicate Template or Delete: Use the three-dot menu.
Survey Request Templates
To send survey requests, you need to set up both text and email templates.
- On the Survey Request Templates tab, there are two subtabs: Text Template and Email Template.
- To create and manage Text and Email Templates, follow the steps described under Review Request Templates
Review Response Templates
To send review responses, you need to set up both text and email templates.
- On the Survey Request Templates tab, there are two subtabs: Online/Text Template and Email Template.
- Each template also shows a suggested rating.
To create and manage Online/Text and Email Templates, follow the steps described under Review Request Templates.
| Note: Existing HTML templates are not supported as Review Response Templates. |
- You can link templates to specific star ratings for faster Replying to Reviews.
- For example, use the 3-star template to reply to 3-star reviews.
