Your dental practice's online reputation is how patients see you, and it's vital for attracting new ones. Reputation Management in CareStack helps you control and improve this image. Let’s explore how to easily configure its settings, ensuring your practice always looks its best online.

To begin,
- Navigate to the System Menu > select Reputation Management > Settings.
On the Settings tab, there are four subtabs:
- Integration
- Configuration
- Web Widget
- Summary
Let's explore each subtab to fully set up Reputation Management for your practice.
Integration
Under Integration, you can map Google Business Listings to your corresponding practice locations.
- Click Manage Google Listings to map Google Listings.
- Click Continue to grant access to retrieve your listings.
- Select the corresponding Practice Location for each Google Business Location.
- Click Save.
The Practice Locations and their corresponding mapped Google Business Locations will appear on the grid.
Configuration
To configure reputation management, perform the steps below:
- Select the Configuration subtab.
- Click Edit.
Configure the following settings as needed:
- Once a request is sent, avoid sending another request for: Schedule message delivery by selecting the desired number of Day(s), Week(s), or Month(s).
- Set follow-up sequence: Select desired follow-up count and intervals.
- Avoid sending messages on: Check boxes to avoid sending messages on selected days.
Note: Scheduled messages for selected days will be sent on the next business day. |
Click Save.
Web Widget
Under Web Widget, you can view existing widgets and embed them on your practice’s website.
Create a Web Widget
To create a Web Widget:
- Select the Web Widget subtab.
- Click + Create Web Widget.
- Enter the Widget Name.
- Select Review Sources such as Google and CareStack.
- Choose locations to Show Reviews From.
- Display Reviews with Ratings: Specify the minimum star rating to display.
- Click Next.
- To customise the Section Header style, adjust the following:
- Header Text
- Font
- Font Weight
- Font Color
- Font Size
- Under Customize Color, select the following:
- Background Color
- Review Card Color
- Button Color
- You can preview the widget on the right.
- Switch between Desktop and Mobile views to see how it appears on both.
- Click Save.
Manage Web Widgets
To manage web widgets, perform the steps below:
- Click Copy to get the integration link.
- Paste the link into your website’s HTML to add the widget.
- Click the Edit icon to update the web widget.
- Click the Trash icon to delete the widget.
- Click Preview to view the widget.
Toggle between Desktop and Mobile views to see how the widget looks on different devices.
Summary
You can customise your weekly summary emails by performing the steps below:
- Select the Summary tab.
- Click Edit.
- Configure the following settings:
- Receive Weekly Summary through Email: Enable this toggle to receive a weekly email summary of average review ratings, survey responses, and NPS/CSAT scores.
- Add Recipient Email Address: Enter the recipient's email. Click +Add Email to add alternate emails.
- Click Save.
