1. Protect Patient Info with ‘Limited View’
a. We have introduced the Limited View for practices, to hide patient information as needed. For complete patient details, switch to Patient View.
-
-
You can now customise Patient View and Limited View separately in Practice Settings and adjust each to suit your needs.
-
-
-
Want to hide patient information from the Dashboard? Just check the Limited View box; it is that easy.
-
2. Auto-Scroll to the Earliest Appointment
a. Previously, when an appointment was scheduled outside of regular hours, the system would scroll to 12 AM, causing unnecessary scrolling to reach the actual start of the day.
-
-
You asked, we delivered! The Scheduler now auto-scrolls to the earliest appointment or block slot within the extended hours; no more scrolling through empty slots.
-
3. Rescheduling with ‘Find New Time’
a. Mid-conversation with a patient who just cancelled an appointment? The new Find New Time option allows you to filter and view the next available slots, making it easy to offer alternatives on the spot.
1. Location Access Restricted to Allowed Location(s)
a. Previously, users could select any location when adding Treatments or updating Chart Filters in Practice Settings. Now, Location dropdowns in these touchpoints show only those locations which the user has access to.
-
-
In cases where a user cannot access the patient’s default location, the user’s logged-in location will auto-populate instead.
-
2. Filter Treatment Plan Board by Location(s)
a. You can now filter treatments by Location(s) on the Treatment Plan Board. Plus, when you Print or Download as CSV, it will only include data for the selected Location.
3. New Right-Click Action: Delink from Tx Plan
a. Previously, users could not remove treatments from a treatment plan and move them back to the Ungrouped section under the original date it was added. To address this, we have introduced a new right-click option called ‘Delink from Tx Plan’. This makes it easy to adjust or reorganise a treatment plan by adding or removing treatment codes from the Treatment Planner or Tx. Plans tab as needed.
4. New Location Field in Implant Tracker
a. We have added a new mandatory ‘Location’ field in the Treatment Details section of the Implant Tracker. It will automatically fill in the user’s default location, but they can choose a different one from their allowed locations, if needed.
5. View Clinical Cases of Other Locations
a. Previously, users from a multi-location practice who do not have access to a Clinical Case’s original location were unable to view it, hindering visibility and coordination between locations. Now, users at other locations can view these Clinical Cases, although they will not be able to modify treatments or settings beyond their location access.
6. Updated Treatment Plan Presentation
The Treatment Plan Print now features a redesigned layout with several enhancements for improved clarity and readability.
a. The system will show phase-level Assigned Time in the Treatment Plan Print, if it is enabled in Practice Settings and assigned in the Treatment Planner.
-
Introduced a new setting in Practice Settings to enable or disable the Show Phase Timing in Treatment Plan Print.
b. Other enhancements include:
- The Practice Logo is prominently displayed at the top of the page.
- Treatment Plan Phases are now clearly organised for easier understanding.
- Completed and Planned procedure codes displayed with detailed breakdown.
- Completed treatments are marked with a green tick mark for quick identification.
1. View Completed and Planned Treatments in Patient Portal
a. When users send a Treatment Plan to the Patient Portal, patients can now view Completed and Planned treatments, which was not displayed previously.
-
The completed treatments will be highlighted with a green tick mark.
1. Payment Plan Reminder Campaigns
a. Introduced two new Payment Plan Reminder Campaigns to automatically notify patients on active payment plans about upcoming installment due dates and overdue installments, via Text or Email.
- Auto-Debit Payment Reminder Campaign: Suitable for payment plans where auto debit is enabled via Stripe.
- Non Auto-Debit Payment Reminder Campaign: Apt for payment plans where auto debit is disabled.
1. Add Referral Provider Specialty
a. Users can now add custom specialties for Referral Providers when adding or editing them, allowing dental providers to refer patients to non-dental specialists such as ENT, Chiropractors, and more.
1. Share Report Filters with Other Users
a. Introducing a faster way to collaborate! You can now share your saved Report Filters with other users in just a few clicks.
- Share Filters directly with specific users or with all users tied to a profile, helping to standardise reporting across your team.
- That is not all! Use the ‘Share’ option to generate a view-only shareable link that captures your current filter settings; perfect for quick diagnostics or templates to start on.
2. New KPI in Income Allocation Report
a. Gain improved visibility into Advance Payments data, enabling users to verify their payout figures with significantly fewer steps than before.
-
Introduced a new view called Advance Payments to focus the report on the advance payment transactions by location or provider.
-
When you select the Income Allocation View to generate the report, you can click on the Advance Payment amount to drill down into the transactions that make up the Total Advance Payment.
3. Two New Operational Reports
a. We have introduced the all new Production and Collection Report that gives insights into the Net Production and Net Collection of a practice at a location.
-
Check out day-wise data in the Monthly View, and month-wise data in the Annual View.
b. Additionally, we are rolling out the new Revenue Reconciliation Report that allows multi-location practices to analyse the movement of money across locations of a practice.
-
Added the options in Practice Settings to enable or disable Permissions to Generate, Export, or Print the Production and Collection Report & Revenue Reconciliation Report.
