1. Print Future Appointments for Patients and All Linked Members
-
You can now print a patient’s future appointments, including those of any linked family members from the Global Print menu.
2. Lab Cases Linkage Retained During Rescheduling & Clipboard Actions
-
When an appointment is rescheduled whether through the reschedule queue or clipboard, linked lab cases are automatically preserved, preventing any loss of lab case associations during scheduling changes.
3. New Right-Click Option: View the Patient’s Inbox
-
With the new View Inbox option, users can access a patient’s inbox straight from the Appointment menu, skipping the Patient Overview and reviewing past communications without leaving the Scheduler.
1. Easily Chart Full Dentures with the New 'Area' Option
- Clinicians can now use the new ‘Whole of Oral Cavity’ area option for ‘Full Denture’ cases to record full-mouth dentures in a single draw type, with one configuration and a single odontogram view.
2. View Sum of Total Fee, Discount, and Patient Payable for Selected Codes
-
Selecting codes from the Chart, Treatment Planner, or Treatment Plans tab now automatically calculates and displays the Total Fee, Discount, and Patient Payable for the selected codes, removing the need for manual calculations during treatment planning and charting.
3. Simplifying ‘Discounting’
- Define the final Net Fee in the Apply Discount modal, and the system will automatically calculate and populate the Discount Amount, reducing manual intervention and calculation.
4. ‘Assign Time’ and Edit ‘Phase Names’ in Treatment Plan Templates
-
Users can now ‘Assign Time’ and edit ‘Phase Names’ directly within the Treatment Plan Template, making templates more time-efficient. You no longer have to make these changes manually each time a template is used.
5. Enhancements in Treatment Phases
Previously, the system imposed a restriction to delete the first phase of a treatment plan.
a. Users can now delete the first phase.
b. Deleting a Treatment Phase will now remove all codes in that phase. They will not be carried over to the previous phase anymore.
Deletion will not proceed if any code in the phase meets any of the following conditions:
- Code Lockout
- Code Close Out
- Linked to a Payment Plan
6. Easily Print BPE Records
-
Now you can quickly print patient BPE recordings from the Global Print menu.
7. Make ‘Treatment Coordinator’ Mandatory for New Treatment Plans
a. Now you can make the ‘Treatment Coordinator’ a mandatory field when creating a new Treatment Plan.
-

1. Bulk Update Contact Information for Family Members
- When updating a Patient’s mobile, address, or email, you can now also choose which family member to apply the changes to.
1. Download Invoices in the Financials Section of the Patient Portal
-
All Invoices generated are now available for the patient to download in the Patient Portal under the renamed Financials section (formerly Payments).
2. Standardised Forms and Letters with Better Spacing Options
a. For improving the documentation standards of a practice, we have updated the line spacing options for Letters and Forms, providing a cleaner, gap free document formatting.
- Enter Key moves the cursor to a new line without adding extra spacing.
- Shift + Enter moves the cursor to the new line and inserts paragraph breaks.
- Line Height to control spacing between lines (recommended ≥1.1).
1. New Service Type Grouping in Completed Treatments Report
a. To help users analyse the usage of services across providers, the Completed Treatments Report now includes a Service Type grouping.
- You can now filter the report by Service Type, with the results shown in a new column in the generated data.
1. Now Send Treatment Reports for Incoming Referrals
a. Users can perform the following actions from the patient level rather than navigating to the Referral Hub:
- View the accepted referral entry by accessing the new Incoming section in a patient’s Referrals page.
- Providers can communicate with referral providers by sending a Treatment Report of the incoming referral.
- Enable View/Create Tx Report in Referral Hub permissions to utilise the functionality.
