1. Easily Track Early or Late Patient Arrivals
a. Practices can now track early or late arrivals of a patient using the ‘Early’ and ‘Late’ indicators, which show the duration of how early or late a patient was for their appointment.
- The Early Indicator shows the duration when the patient’s appointment status changes from a Pre-arrival status to an In Practice status before their appointment time.
- The Late Indicator shows the duration when the patient’s appointment status changes from a Pre-arrival status to an In Practice status after their appointment time.
b. Early and Late indicators can be added to the appointment tile and also be viewed on the Dashboard and both the Expanded and Compressed views of the Patient Tracker.
1. Map Procedure Codes to Standard ADA Codes
You can now map your practice’s custom procedure codes to standard ADA codes (e.g., 012.A can be mapped to 012) using the new ‘Code in Claims’ field for smoother HICAPS claim submissions.
2. Patient DOB Now Included on PBS Prescriptions
The PBS Print now includes the patient’s Date of Birth (DOB) to meet pharmacy requirements and avoid rejections from pharmacies that mandate DOB on prescriptions.

a. The Draw Type for all Extractions (planned, existing, or completed treatment, as well as extracted condition) now displays an X over the tooth.
Once an extraction is completed, the tooth will be hidden from the Odontogram.

Planned supernumerary tooth extractions are shown on a smaller tooth adjacent to the main tooth.
6. New Filling Material: Glass Ionomer Cement (GIC)
Users can now select (GIC) Glass Ionomer Cement as a material for Filling Procedure Codes.

1. Multiple and Split Receipt Linking in Payment Plans
a. Payment Plan instalments no longer need to match the exact receipt amount. Multiple receipts can be linked to a single instalment, even if the individual amounts do not match the instalment total.
b. Users can now link existing receipts with a remaining balance to a Payment Plan instalment.
c. If a linked receipt’s amount exceeds the instalment total, the remaining balance can be linked to future instalments.
2. Tag Providers to Receipts
a. You can now tag providers to receipts for all Payments, Payment Plans, and Text-to-Pay requests. This ensures accurate income allocation and enables detailed, collection based reporting.
Provider Tagging can be enabled under Practice Settings → Payments & Billing → General → Others in the new ‘Provider Tagging to Receipts’ section.
Note: This feature will not be enabled by default.
b. If the provider tagged to the selected receipt does not match the provider tagged to the selected codes, a warning will appear that informs users of the available actions.
This feature can be enabled by setting the Enable warning while making a provider transfer of receipt for advanced payments setting to Yes.
c. A new Provider column has been added across the Payments and the Unapplied Credit Receipts grids, allowing you to view and filter receipts by provider.
3. Map HICAPS Merchant IDs to Providers
a. You can now map HICAPS Merchant IDs to Providers so payments made to them are automatically reflected in their accounts.
This can be configured under Payments & Billing → Services → Payment Services → HICAPS.
Note: This feature is available only when Provider Tagging to Receipts is enabled.
1. Refer Patients Within Your Practice Using Internal Referrals
a. You can now refer patients internally using the new ‘Internal Referral’ option in the Refer Out slide-out.
- Send internal referrals instantly using Quick Send Referral, with no extra steps.

c. You can also generate the ‘Refer Out (Internal Referrals)’ reports in Operational Reports.

You can also filter these views by Payment Category, Payment Type and Payment Method.
