10.31 Release Highlights

1. Introducing Course Management in CS Learn
a. We are excited to launch the new Course Management feature in CS Learn, making it easy to create and manage custom training courses for users whether they are new to the system or learning new features.
Course Management, lets you:
- Easily search and manage courses in your CS Learn library.
- Create courses tailored to your practice’s needs.
- Add videos from the CS Learn library to your course.
- Assign courses to users or user profiles.
- Monitor percentage based progress of each assignee.
1. Enhancements to Improve User Experience of Discounts
a. Applying discounts at the code level is now easier. Users can click a Discount directly to open the Apply Discount modal, reducing extra clicks.
b. Select the required treatments and right-click to remove discounts at the code, phase, or treatment level.
2. Add Up to Three Medications on a Single PBS Form

Previously, the PBS Print allowed only two medications or prescriptions per PBS form, requiring providers to issue a separate form for a third medication. Now, users can include up to three medications on a single PBS prescription.
3. Auto-Finalise Draft Care Notes on Clinical Lockout
a. You can now automatically finalise draft Care Notes during Clinical Lockout. This ensures all draft notes that do not require provider acceptance are finalised, reducing manual effort and keeping your clinical documentation complete.
- Users can enable this setting in Practice Settings → Care Notes.
- This is only applicable to accounts with Clinical Lockout enabled.
1. Enhanced Referral Source Visibility Across the System
a. Users can now easily access Referral Source information on Patient Top Cards across Chart, Patient Overview, Ledger, Appointment Slide-out, etc.

2. New Actions for Managing Bulk Messaging Templates
- Users now have full lifecycle control over Bulk Messaging templates, including the ability to create, edit, duplicate, and delete templates with real-time feedback and enhanced reliability. These improvements extend across key touchpoints such as the Reschedule Queue List, Short Call List, and Opportunity Miner, delivering a smoother, more efficient experience for users leveraging bulk messaging features in their daily workflows.
1. Provider Dropdown for Forms Requiring Provider Signature
a. When adding Forms or Letters that require a provider’s signature, you will now need to select a provider first. This update makes it easier to ensure that forms with a pending provider signature are filtered and identified in the Pending Signature Forms list.

The Provider dropdown for Forms and Letters displays only providers who have access to the form’s assigned location across PMS, Office Mode, Kiosk, and the Patient Portal.
2. Enhancements to Online Appointments List
a. The Appointment Message section now includes a Patient Category column showing if the sender is a new or an existing patient, removing manual checks.
b. When a user selects ‘View in Scheduler’ from an appointment message and selects an appointment slot from the Scheduler:
- The system displays matching patient profiles based on key details such as Name, DOB, Email, or Phone.
- If multiple matches appear, the user can select the correct profile or create a new one if none are suitable.
- For new patients, the Add New Patient slide-out will appear to directly create a new profile.
c. The Preferred Time is now clickable, letting users navigate directly to the corresponding time slot in the Scheduler.
3. Now Collect Deposit Fees for Multiple Appointments
a. With this update, we support Deposit Fee collection for Multiple Appointment bookings. Previously, deposit fees could only be collected for single appointments.
1. The All New Prescriptions Report

Introducing the all-new Prescriptions Report providing a comprehensive view of all prescriptions in the system, helping users track prescribing activity across the practice.
2. Introducing the Worklist
a. The Worklist is here, which will serve as a centralised dashboard, offering location-level performance insights to boost practice efficiency. With this feature, practices can monitor key metrics day by day and instantly identify where attention is needed most.
- It features interactive KPIs that let users quickly drill down into key areas and take prompt action.
- Timeline-specific KPIs also help monitor and resolve potential workflow or SOP issues.
3. New Day by Day Summary View in the Payment Log Report

We have added the Day by Day Summary View to give practices a daily overview of collections by Payment Category or Payment Type. This feature offers a simpler way to verify bank payments for each day of the month.
1. Permissions for Referrals
a. A new Referrals section in Practice Settings consolidates all referral-related Permissions, including Refer Out, Referral Hub, Referral Providers, and Referral Tracker.
- Create Referral now has its own dedicated permission.
- Grouped referral-related settings under a new ‘Referrals’ sub-section in Practice Settings.
Note: Existing workflows remain functional, with permissions migrated and enabled by default; admins can further customise as needed.
1. User Login Details Added to Audit Trail

User login details are now recorded in the Audit Trail for better visibility and accountability.
