1. Scheduler
- Enhanced the date range selection in Calendar View from one week to eight months to appear on hover.
2. Compressed View
- Selecting Compressed View stays active even after other actions, eliminating the need to reselect your preferences each time.
3. Daysheet
- Generate Day Sheet Print with Selected / All Providers, showing Appointment Details, Duration, Blocked slots in a dotted box, and Notes.

4. Block Slot
- When Double Booking is enabled for an account, the Download Error Log option will not appear since users do not have to worry about block slots overlapping with any appointment.
5. Clipboard
Previously, when scheduling appointments from the Clipboard, the specified duration would not prepopulate, as production types or tagged slots on the scheduler took precedence. Moving forward, the clipboard's specified duration will take priority and appear when scheduling appointments.1. AI Scribe
- Easily capture care notes with AI Scribe, a transcription tool powered by Heidi that generates voice-based notes and organises them into relevant categories. This feature will be enabled for practices only upon request.
- Utilise this integration to record and fill care note responses using your voice.

2. Care Notes
- A Confirm Discard warning modal now prompts users to save or discard unsaved care notes.
3. Chart
- The Patient Top Card in the chart has been enhanced to display the patient's full name, which is also visible on the medical history form when expanding the care notes.
4. Completed Treatment Codes
- The pop-up for mandatory address validation is removed when completing a code without the patient's address, retaining only the link to appointment field.
5. Smart Code Logic
- Introduced Smart Code Logic, where the system automatically updates the codes based on the number of surfaces selected.

- By default, the option to show receipts without available credits will be check marked, displaying payment receipts both with and without unapplied credits.

3. External Payments (Practice Settings)
- We have simplified the settings for external payments to a simple yes/no option. Now, you can easily configure where to tag external payments: central billing location, patient’s default location, or payment location. This setting is applicable for patient portal payments as well.

- Setting the Emergency Contact field as mandatory will automatically make all related fields in the section mandatory as well.

- The treatment details printout will include comprehensive fee information, code-level details of treatment plans, payment options, and applicable discounts.
4. Medical Alerts
- Introduced a tooltip to indicate that categories without active conditions or allergies will not appear in the medical history form.

- Practices and front office staff can now use OTPs for easier access to kiosk, reducing dependence on passwords.

- The newly introduced Implant Tracker filter lets you choose the necessary criteria to filter based on the patient’s Treatment and System Details.
2. Appointment Analysis Report
- The Appointment Analysis Report captures double booking appointments only within the provider’s working hours, with the following exceptions: the working hours of the checked-out appointment take precedence over a blocked slot in double bookings, while the working hours of a blocked slot take precedence if paired with an incomplete or unchecked appointment.
3. Completed Treatments Report
- The Completed Treatments Report offers detailed insights on the completed treatments, including the fee percentage, to help practices identify the fee contribution of a specific Treatment Location, Provider, Provider Type, Code, or Code Category to the Total Revenue.
