The Production Type settings have been refined for a sleeker design, reducing scrolling and providing a more compact, user-friendly view. Additionally, the Treatment Planner now supports special characters in naming phases, offering more flexibility.
Introducing the all-new Sterilisation feature, a vital tool for dental practices, allowing seamless management of sterilisation records, serial number tracking, and custom barcode generation, among other key benefits, to enhance efficiency.
To top it off, the Treatment Section now ensures consistency between Office Mode and the Patient Portal, so users can easily access, sign off, or reject treatment plans. Other exciting updates include the ability to print medication details quickly with the Global Print feature, a smoother Manage Permissions layout for quicker navigation, and an easier way to filter and view completed and incomplete documents.
What’s more, we’re rolling out Membership Plans to offer flexible payment options for patients. Plus, the all-new Patient Time Tracker report lets you monitor patient status with detailed time logs and easy report generation.
10.21 is here to supercharge your practice, elevate efficiency, and enhance the user experience like never before.
1. Appointment Tile
- Easily customise how patient names appear in the Scheduler. Users can choose to display the patient's First Name, First & Last Name with Patient ID, or Full Name with Patient ID (including Middle Name, Suffix, and Prefix). This update also applies to the scheduler printout.
2. Appointments/Block Slot
- To improve clarity, inactive providers now appear at the bottom of the provider list in the Appointment Details section, labelled as Inactive and will be unselectable. This also applies to Block Slots during provider selection.
3. Production Calendar
- When you ‘Mark as Unavailable’ a provider in the Production Calendar, the operatory will be automatically set to unavailable, regardless of existing appointments.
- A warning modal will alert users that selecting ‘Mark as Unavailable’ impacts scheduled appointments and prompts them to reschedule.
4. Production Types
- The slimmer layout for Production Types in practice settings reduces scrolling while showcasing more types.
