CareStack is excited to introduce the 10.23 release, bringing a host of enhancements across multiple modules to optimise workflows and meet evolving user needs. This release delivers significant improvements to Front Office, Clinical, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Reporting, and Patient Services & Engagement.
The Front Office and Clinical modules offer improvements such as the ability to add or view up to three insurance plans in the new insurance section on the appointment slide-out, and access an additional surface on the occlusal surface while charting. Moreover, we have the Scheduler red line available in the week view.
Here’s what’s new in Patient Services & Engagement: A global share button has been introduced, allowing all documents from the Document Wizard to be sent directly to the Patient Portal, alongside the option to share documents to the patient portal by default once completed. Additionally, practices now have the choice to show or hide opt-out messages to patients.
In General & Reporting modules, we have implemented location-level restrictions, ensuring controlled access to sensitive information. The Opportunity Miner now includes an Excel export option, making it easier to manage and analyse data efficiently. Plus, users can also easily access referral provider details; and Outlook integration has been introduced in the communication hub, allowing users to link their accounts. What’s more, users can now subscribe to locations to receive notifications.
